The Tiers

Five People. One Church. A Thousand Ways to Say "You Matter."

Every church is really five churches in one — the faithful few in the third pew, the ones who show up when life allows, the stranger walking in for the very first time, the neighbor who's never walked in at all, and the one who used to sit where you're sitting now and left. Most churches speak to all five as if they were one. This course teaches you not to.

Starting at the center and moving outward, you'll learn to see each of these groups clearly — not as a problem to solve, but as people to know. You'll learn why attendance was never the same thing as belonging, why a single message can heal one heart and wound another, and why the way back for someone who left almost always starts with listening, not an invitation.

This isn't a course about growing numbers. It's a course about seeing people — all five kinds of them — the way they've always deserved to be seen.
